Working Life

I'm enjoying my working life now.
I'm hoping to get used to the working hours and the staff here.
Luckily, there was ping ting and hanif working around with me.
So life there, was pretty smooth.

We were assigned our new tasks when we get used to the new environment.
There was two interns there, which briefly tell us what we had to do.
Our main tasks revolves around serving customers with modem's problems, picking up phone calls and data entry of customer patronage.

Luckily I've been in the customer service line before, so serving customers face-to-face in a service centre is not a problem to me.
Phone calls in an IT helpdesk is easy to me too.
If you had any issue in miO box, i'm the one to service you.
Scam my operator line now, hahaaaa!!!

Lastly, happy marriage to my good friend, Siew Ching.
Hope u have a blissful journey aheads.
And faster give birth, i want to be your children's godfather. Crap!!
